If you're like me, sometimes "gourmet-feeling" foods are the last thing on your mind when supper time rolls around.
All you can think is, "Maybe my husband won't actually be hungry again tonight."
Then you realize how dumb that is.
So to the kitchen you go. Well I have a great, EASY recipe to make eating your vegetables feel luxurious and divine.
Garlic Green Beans:
1 pack frozen green beans 1/2 stick of butter 1 tsp garlic salt
Place beans in a medium sized skillet and cover with water. Bring to boil and cover. Cook for around 10 minutes. Drain beans and blanche with cold water.
Place butter in skillet and turn on medium heat. When butter has melted, add in green beans. Sprinkle in garlic salt and cook until tender.
Serve and enjoy!
